If you have to email us to ask what "kind" of music we release, you're barking up the wrong record label.

Build a following - locally or internationally. Skin Graft works best with bands that help themselves.

If you don't tour, go play some shows. We like idiot savant, home recording genius types as much as the next label (probably more) - but in general, they are a hard sell. There's room for only one Strangulated Beatoffs on the label.

We don't have time to reply to submissions. Please don't ask for critiques or comments.

In the past, roads leading to releasing music
on the the label included the following:

1) Saw the band live and they kicked ass.

2) Member of band was in a previous Skin Graft band.

3) Skin Graft band played live with band.
--- and recommended them to the label.

4) Band was Japanese.

All submissions will be listened to eventually (TIP: the more interesting your presentation, the more likely it will be listened to sooner rather than later - but no big ass packages please. We will not pay customs charges on unsolicited material). We do not accept phone calls or emails regarding the staus of your submission and we do not accept MP3 submissions without prior approval.

CARTOONISTS:
SKiN GRAFT is not currently seeking cartoonists for publication, however we will post fan drawings of the SKiN GRAFT characters at the fan art gallery. See the campgrounds page for details. Grab those crayons and get to work! Send your submissions to one of the addresses above, just drop- Re: Fan Art in the last line instead of Re: Music Submission. If you'd like your art returned to you, you must include a self-addressed stamped envelope. We do not accept electronic art submissions without prior approval.
