After spending the better part of Saturday through Tuesday at the airport trying to get to the USA, the volcano finally got the better of me and my trip to the USA has been postponed. I'll be staying here in Vienna for the time being and will head back to the USA for a visit in a few months. None of this affects the big SKiN GRAFT sale - it's on regardless of where I am. Dave reports that the first batch of orders have shipped out and are on their way. Overseas folks, please keep in mind that foreign mail has been backed up a bit due to the volcano, so give your orders a little extra time to arrive.

As cool as (legal) downloads are, I'm still a big fan of “physical media” - Thanks to everyone for making the website sale a success and helping to get the word out!

Hi Everybody,

I just have a moment, so apologies in advance for being so brief. Once Iceland's volcanic ash cloud clears the airspace (LINK and LINK), I'll be flying over to the USA from Vienna, Austria to evaluate our stateside inventory.

WIth so many record shops shutting their doors these days, we've received some orphaned inventory that had previously been distributed to the four corners of the world - and we need to clear out some warehouse space to make room for new releases.

We havent had a website sale in a while, so I've just uploaded our biggest sale ever in an effort to give these overstocks a new home at your place. Some of these prices are ridiculously low - We're doing that to encourage you to fill the holes in your collection and try out some titles you might have been cautious about picking up at the regular price.

The US post office continues to jack up their prices, but the shipping charges are INCLUDED in the prices to customers in the USA and CANADA. Overseas customers -we have a special shipping chart listed on the sale pages below - please add the appropriate shipping charge to to your order.

Prices go back to normal when I return to Vienna in May, so as Jazzy Joe always says "buy now or cry later"!

2010 and Counting... ( ! )
Hi Everybody.
This is Mark scooting over from the News Desk's shotgun seat to (temporarily) take the reigns from Jazzy Joe. Topping the news this time: GAY BEAST's first ever European Tour has just gotten underway and the band have a short run of their upcoming Skin Graft single “Charm” b/w "We Keep Our Victims Ready" for sale to concert attendees. The single has been rushed into production for an early debut on the tour and is not slated to be available in record stores til later this year. For those who can't make it to one of the Euro dates, we do have a limited quantity available for ordering now.

ITEM!: If you checked the Skin Graft online shop over the last few days, you may have seen that we were offering (2) different GAY BEAST T-shirt designs that have now disappeared from the shop. These were available on a made to order basis before the band left for their European tour, so for the time being we've removed the shirts from the shop and stopped taking orders. Thanks to all who ordered - your shirts are shipping this week!

Aids Wolf (Montreal) and Satanized (Philadelphia) have joined forces to create a musical document of startling ugliness. The first of two Aids Wolf songs, "Tango Fatal" brings to mind a modern Harry Pussy, as three shotgun wounds to the gut are left to scamper around pitch black for an exit that does not exist.The second, "In And Under The Snow" is an instant classic that would have been at home on the Cities of Glass LP.

The Satanized side is a 24 hour shift into a steel mill turned mental institution. It captures everything short of the sweat that awe-inspires in a live setting.
